ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at BMS, you will serve as the site lead for RayzeBio Indianapolis, attracting top talent across Operations, Manufacturing, and Quality for RayzeBio, a BMS company, and supporting our mission to transform patients’ lives. You will combine technology, data-driven recruiting, and a high-touch approach to deliver exceptional experiences for candidates and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Innovation:
- Use AI tools and data analytics to improve recruiting strategies and align them with our goals.
- Analyze data with tools like ATS and Tableau to plan our workforce, predict talent needs, and enhance hiring outcomes.
- Implement AI solutions (e.g., Eightfold and Paradox) to free up time for building relationships and providing great candidate experiences.

- Work with HR and business leaders to align recruitment efforts with our goals and workforce planning strategies.
Experience:
- Strong full-cycle recruitment experience is required, ideally from a Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment.
- Strong understanding of radiopharma operations, manufacturing, and quality talent landscape.
- This role requires strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence and build relationships across various levels throughout a diverse network.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment with evolving priorities.
- You will need to demonstrate expertise in AI tools, data analytics, and predictive hiring technologies, and you will need to adapt quickly to shifting demands and emerging trends, ensuring that our hiring processes remain competitive and responsive.

QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS degree.
- 5 + years of successful recruiting experience, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience recruiting for radiopharmaceutical manufacturing/operations/quality roles.
COMPENSATION OVERVIEW:
Remote - United States - US: $123,850 - $150,071
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
