The EECS department is part of the College of Engineering (COE) and the College of Computing, Data Science, and Society (CDSS). About the Positions:
EECS is seeking applicants from all research areas with priority given to overall originality and promise versus sub-area of specialization. In addition to these open areas of research, we are seeking applicants for targeted initiatives in quantum computing, as well as AI, Inequality, and Society, particularly research in algorithmic fairness, AI and the economy, functioning of AI software within larger sociotechnical systems, social and behavioral impacts of AI.
