Play a critical role in stabilizing and advancing the recovery of patients with complex neurologic conditions in a highly specialized care environment. In the Neuro Intermediate Care Unit, your expertise bridges the gap between ICU-level intensity and step-down recovery, where vigilance, clinical judgment, and timely intervention make a measurable difference every shift.

The Role
As an RN on 6 North in the Neuro Intermediate Care Unit, you will provide hands-on care for a complex patient population requiring close observation and specialized neurologic management. You will function as a key member of a collaborative care team, supporting patients as they transition from critical illness toward recovery. - Collaborate closely with neurology, neurosurgery, and neurocritical care teams to coordinate and adjust care plans
- Administer medications and therapies requiring precision within a specialized neuro-focused environment
