Requirements
- Pharmacist state license (may require licensing in multiple states)
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
- Certified Pharmacist Immunizer
- AED, CPR certified
- Computer skills

- Certified in a disease state
