Job Description
Ready to take your career global?
Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Integrated & Platforms Growth & Strategy Lead to join our ever-evolving Strategy team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-oriented operator to join the Growth & Strategy team as a Growth & Strategy Lead. In this role, you will serve as the cross-functional connective tissue driving growth strategy and other strategic initiatives for our Integrated Payments segment. You will lead cross-functional execution, strategy development, and serve as a thought partner to senior leadership.
You will keep multiple workstreams honest simultaneously, distinguish signal from noise, and build the trust and credibility needed to move people who don’t directly report to you.
- Support the development and ongoing refinement of segment-level growth strategy by understanding where the segment stands today, where it needs to go, and what’s standing in the way
- Track progress against segment revenue targets, surfacing blockers and redirecting attention before problems compound
- Distinguish signal from noise: assess what’s actually moving the needle versus what’s consuming cycles, and make that call clearly and quickly
- Prepare materials, analyses, and recommendations that enable senior leadership to make faster, better-informed decisions
- Build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels through consistency, clarity, and follow-through
- Partner with product, commercial, and strategy leadership to align strategic investments with the segment’s vision and long-term growth objectives.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in growth, strategy, business operations, consulting, or a similar cross-functional role
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution across teams you don’t manage
- Strong organizational instincts: you know how to prioritize, when to escalate, and how to keep multiple workstreams moving without dropping things
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and build strong partnerships
- Clear, concise communication
- Comfortable in ambiguity and capable of structuring your own work without a playbook
- Analytically capable: comfortable interpreting revenue models and building a business case, even if financial modeling isn’t your primary skill
It’s a bonus if you have
- Familiarity with the financial services and payments industry, preferably software-led payments
- Experience working in or alongside a formal strategy or growth function

Which companies sponsor visas for growth roles in Colorado?
Denver and Boulder-based tech companies are the most active sponsors for growth roles in Colorado. Palantir, Ibotta, Ping Identity, and Instructure have documented H-1B sponsorship histories for growth and marketing analytics positions. Larger employers like Arrow Electronics and DISH Network also sponsor for growth-adjacent roles. Checking DOL Labor Condition Application disclosure data helps confirm which companies have actively filed for growth-related job titles.
Which visa types are most common for growth roles in Colorado?
The H-1B is the most common visa for growth roles in Colorado, particularly for positions like growth engineer, growth analyst, or growth product manager that require a relevant bachelor's degree or higher. Candidates with exceptional track records in user acquisition or revenue growth sometimes pursue the O-1A for individuals with extraordinary ability. Growth marketers working for multinational companies may also qualify for the L-1 visa intracompany transferee visa.
Which cities in Colorado have the most growth sponsorship jobs?
Denver is by far the largest market for sponsored growth roles in Colorado, home to the majority of the state's tech companies and startups. Boulder follows closely, with a dense concentration of venture-backed companies that frequently hire for growth engineering and growth marketing functions. Fort Collins and Colorado Springs have smaller but growing tech presences, with occasional sponsorship opportunities at companies connected to research institutions or defense contractors.
How to find growth visa sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. You can filter by state and role type to surface Colorado growth jobs at employers with documented visa sponsorship histories, saving significant time compared to manually reviewing company-by-company. Growth roles in Colorado cluster heavily around Denver and Boulder, so focusing your search on those metros within Migrate Mate will surface the most active opportunities. Creating a profile also helps match you with relevant new postings as they appear.
Are there any Colorado-specific considerations for growth visa sponsorship?
Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers to include compensation ranges in job postings, which gives international candidates more transparency when evaluating whether a role meets H-1B prevailing wage requirements before applying. The state's strong university pipeline from CU Boulder and Colorado State University also means growth role competition can be high. Colorado has no state-level visa sponsorship restrictions, so federal H-1B and O-1 rules govern the process entirely.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored growth jobs in Colorado?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
