Who are we?
Equinix is the world’s digital infrastructure company®, shortening the path to connectivity to enable the innovations that enrich our work, life and planet.
A place where bold ideas are welcomed, human connection is valued, and everyone has the opportunity to shape their future. A career at Equinix means being at the center of shaping what comes next and amplifying customer value through innovation and impact. You’ll work across teams, influence key decisions, and help shape the path forward. You’ll find belonging, purpose, and a team that welcomes you—because when you feel valued, you’re empowered to do your best work.
Job Summary
Equinix is looking for a Senior Manager of AI Product Marketing to join our global Product and Solution Marketing team and own the development of top-of-funnel content that builds awareness and drives engagement around the AI use cases and industry verticals that enterprise buyers care about most. You're a marketer and storyteller who understands how enterprise buyers discover and engage with new technology — and who knows how to turn complex AI topics into clear, compelling content that lands across the web, blog, social, and awareness-stage campaigns.
This role is about meeting enterprise buyers where they are — creating content anchored in the AI use cases they're actively pursuing and the industry-specific challenges shaping how they think about infrastructure, and positioning Equinix as the partner best suited to help them move forward.
Responsibilities
You'll develop and execute top-of-funnel content aligned to Equinix's broader AI product marketing strategy. Working across formats — blog posts, solution briefs, web copy, social content, infographics, and awareness-stage campaign assets — you'll maintain a steady cadence of content that meets enterprise buyers early in their journey and keeps Equinix relevant in the conversations that matter.
You'll bring real-world specificity to the content you create — drawing on AI use cases, industry contexts, and market trends to make Equinix's value tangible and credible to both technical and business decision-makers. You understand how to take a broad infrastructure topic and make it feel immediately relevant to the buyer reading it, regardless of their industry or role.
You'll partner closely with product marketers, technical marketers, digital, and social teams to ensure content is strategically aligned, integrated into go-to-market programs, and optimized for each channel. You'll leverage AI tools and manage external contributors, agencies, and subject matter experts to maintain a high-quality pipeline across multiple simultaneous workstreams.
Over time, your content will contribute to a growing body of work that positions Equinix as a credible, authoritative voice in enterprise AI infrastructure — not just a vendor, but a genuine resource for buyers navigating a rapidly evolving landscape.
Qualifications
You have 8+ years of content or product marketing experience in B2B technology, with meaningful experience in AI, cloud, or enterprise infrastructure. You know how top-of-funnel content works — not just what generates impressions, but what earns trust, sparks curiosity, and moves enterprise buyers to engage. You understand the AI landscape well enough to write about it with authority, and you know how to adapt a message across blog posts, social, web pages, and campaign briefs without losing coherence or impact.
You're a strong writer, a sharp editor, and a strategic thinker who can manage a content workload with the discipline of a campaign manager and the instincts of a journalist.
Key Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B content or product marketing experience, with a focus on AI, cloud, or enterprise technology
- Proven track record developing top-of-funnel content across multiple channels — web, blog, social, and awareness-stage campaigns — for enterprise audiences
- Solid understanding of AI use cases and the ability to translate them into content that resonates with enterprise technology and business buyers
- Experience incorporating industry and vertical context into content to make technical topics feel specific and relevant across market segments
- Strong understanding of enterprise buyer personas and how content supports the early stages of the buying journey
- Experience working within or alongside a Product Marketing function; comfort with solution positioning and persona-based messaging
- Ability to manage a high-volume, multi-channel content pipeline across internal teams, external contributors, and agencies
- Exceptional writing, editing, and content quality standards — you set the bar, not just manage to it
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
Why This Role
The conversation around AI — what it means for enterprises, how industries are adopting it, and what it takes to actually operationalize it — is one of the most important in technology right now, and it's still being written. As Equinix's Senior Manager of AI Product Marketing, you'll be one of the people writing it. You'll have the platform, the subject matter, and the cross-functional alignment to create content that genuinely earns attention and shapes how enterprise buyers think. If you've been waiting for a content role with real teeth, this is it.

Search Marketing Jobs in ColoradoMarketing Jobs in Colorado: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies sponsor visas for marketing professionals in Colorado?
Denver-based tech and SaaS companies are among the most active sponsors for marketing roles in Colorado. Employers like Palantir Technologies, Gusto, and Arrow Electronics have filed H-1B Labor Condition Applications for marketing-related positions. Outdoor and consumer brands headquartered along the Front Range also sponsor, though at lower volumes than the tech sector. Sponsorship activity concentrates in companies with established HR and legal infrastructure.
Which visa types are most common for marketing roles in Colorado?
The H-1B is the most common visa for international marketing professionals in Colorado. Roles in market research analysis, digital strategy, and marketing analytics tend to qualify as specialty occupations requiring a relevant bachelor's degree or higher. The O-1A is an option for candidates with demonstrated exceptional achievement, such as industry awards or significant media coverage. TN status covers market research analysts for Canadian and Mexican nationals under USMCA.
Which cities in Colorado have the most marketing sponsorship jobs?
Denver accounts for the largest concentration of marketing visa sponsorship jobs in Colorado, driven by its tech, finance, and healthcare sectors. Boulder follows closely, with a strong startup and software-as-a-service presence that regularly hires for growth and demand generation roles. Colorado Springs has a smaller but growing market tied to defense contractors and regional consumer brands. Remote roles based out of Denver are increasingly common as well.
How to find marketing visa sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate filters marketing jobs in Colorado specifically by visa sponsorship willingness, saving you from sorting through listings that won't support an international hire. You can search by role type, city, and visa category to surface relevant opportunities across Denver, Boulder, and the broader Front Range. Migrate Mate also shows which employers have a documented history of sponsoring marketing positions, which helps you prioritize applications strategically.
Are there any state-specific considerations for marketing visa sponsorship in Colorado?
Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers to disclose compensation ranges in job postings, which gives international candidates useful context when evaluating offers and assessing whether posted salaries meet H-1B prevailing wage requirements for the Denver-Aurora or Boulder metropolitan areas. The state's concentration of university programs at CU Boulder and Colorado State also means employers are familiar with OPT and STEM OPT timelines, which can ease early sponsorship conversations.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored marketing jobs in Colorado?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
