Which companies in Colorado sponsor visas for operations analysts?
Several large Colorado employers have established track records of H-1B visa sponsorship for operations analyst roles. DaVita, headquartered in Denver, regularly sponsors analytical positions. Lockheed Martin's Littleton campus, Dish Network, and Arrow Electronics are also consistent sponsors. In Boulder, technology companies including Zayo Group and Ibotta have sponsored operations-focused roles. Defense contractors around Colorado Springs, such as Raytheon and L3Harris, also file petitions for analytical talent.
Which visa types are most common for operations analyst roles in Colorado?
The H-1B visa is the most common pathway for operations analysts in Colorado. USCIS generally classifies the role as a specialty occupation requiring a relevant bachelor's degree in fields like business, industrial engineering, or data analytics. Candidates from Australia may qualify for the E-3 visa, which has no lottery. Canadian and Mexican nationals can explore the TN visa under the USMCA, provided the role aligns with qualifying professional categories.
Which cities in Colorado have the most operations analyst visa sponsorship jobs?
Denver accounts for the majority of operations analyst sponsorship activity in Colorado, driven by its concentration of corporate headquarters, healthcare systems, and technology firms. Boulder is a secondary hub with strong demand from SaaS and data companies. Colorado Springs sees consistent hiring from defense and government contracting firms. Aurora and Broomfield also have notable employer presence, particularly in telecommunications and aerospace.
How to find operations analyst visa sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find operations analyst roles in Colorado where employers are open to visa sponsorship. The platform filters specifically for sponsoring employers, so you can focus your search on companies that have sponsored visas before rather than applying broadly. Narrowing by Denver, Boulder, or Colorado Springs helps target the cities with the highest concentration of qualifying operations analyst openings.
Are there any Colorado-specific factors that affect operations analyst visa sponsorship?
Colorado's prevailing wage requirements under the H-1B program reflect the state's competitive compensation market, particularly in Denver and Boulder where tech industry salaries have risen steadily. Employers must certify that sponsored workers are paid at least the prevailing wage for the role and location on the Labor Condition Application. Colorado's strong university pipeline, including graduates from CU Boulder and Colorado State, means employers are already accustomed to recruiting internationally trained analytical talent.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored operations analyst jobs in Colorado?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
