You will get hands-on exposure to product strategy, cross-functional execution, and enterprise data operations while learning from experienced product leaders.

- Build strong product fundamentals while partnering with experienced leaders across the TSP portfolio
Key Responsibilities
- Support tactical execution of assigned TSP product workstreams from requirements through release
- Gather and synthesize market and customer input to inform product decisions
- Translate product needs into clear, actionable requirements for Engineering and Analytics teams
- Maintain product documentation, decision logs, and status materials for initiative workstreams
- Assist with source evaluation, business rule analysis, and simulation impact summaries
- Partner with Marketing on collateral, training content, and launch readiness materials
- Support Data Acquisition team activities including vendor research and source overlap analysis
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, analytics, marketing, data, consulting, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through, with the ability to manage details while keeping sight of the bigger picture
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially when translating complex ideas into practical next steps
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and learning from both technical and business partners
- Interest in data products, customer insight, privacy-aware product development, and how products get built and launched
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to ask questions, learn quickly, and take ownership as you grow
- BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with, or a genuine interest in, generative AI and LLM applications for business and product use cases is a strong plus
This role is a great fit for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, contribute meaningfully, and grow into a bigger product role over time. Which companies sponsor visas for product associates in Colorado?
Enterprise tech firms and software companies headquartered or with major offices in Colorado are among the more active sponsors for product associate roles. Companies like Palantir Technologies in Denver, ServiceNow, and Arrow Electronics have sponsored H-1B visa workers in product-related positions. Larger organizations with established HR and legal infrastructure are generally better positioned to manage sponsorship than early-stage startups.
Which visa types are most common for product associate roles in Colorado?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for product associate roles in Colorado, provided the position qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field such as business, computer science, or engineering. Candidates already on F-1 OPT or STEM OPT may work for a sponsoring employer before an H-1B petition is filed. The O-1A is an option for candidates with demonstrable exceptional ability.
Which cities in Colorado have the most product associate sponsorship jobs?
Denver accounts for the largest share of product associate sponsorship activity in Colorado, driven by its concentration of tech, SaaS, and enterprise software employers. Boulder is a secondary hub with a strong startup and venture-backed company presence, particularly in areas like edtech and data analytics. Colorado Springs has a smaller but growing tech sector with defense and government technology contractors also present.
How to find product associate visa sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically for visa sponsorship eligibility, making it practical to search for product associate roles in Colorado without sifting through positions that won't support international candidates. You can filter by state and role type to surface relevant openings at companies that have a documented history of sponsoring work visas, which is particularly useful given how inconsistently sponsorship willingness is communicated in standard job postings.
Are there state-specific considerations for product associates seeking sponsorship in Colorado?
Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers to disclose compensation ranges in job postings, which gives international candidates useful context when evaluating whether an offered role meets H-1B prevailing wage requirements set by the Department of Labor. The state's strong university pipeline, including the University of Colorado system and Colorado State University, also means employers in Denver and Boulder are relatively accustomed to hiring international graduates into early-career product roles.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored product associate jobs in Colorado?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
