- Operational BI: Build dashboards that track deployment velocity and business unit performance.
What You'll Bring to the Team:

- Modeling Mastery: Exceptional Excel/Google Sheets skills; you build models that are dynamic, error-free, and audit-ready.
- Data Visualization: Proficiency with BI tools to turn raw deployment data into executive-level dashboards.
- Strategic Writing: Ability to draft summaries that clearly articulate a recommendation to the Spark GM & C-suite.
- Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial modeling for Capex-heavy unit economics.
- Intellectual Curiosity: A student of the AI stack—from GPU power requirements to the economics of the power grid.

Which companies sponsor visas for strategy analysts in Colorado?
Several large Colorado employers have H-1B sponsorship histories for strategy and business analyst roles, including Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, DaVita in Denver, and Palantir Technologies in Denver. Consulting firms with Colorado offices, such as Deloitte and Accenture, also sponsor strategy analyst positions. Defense contractors along the Front Range are particularly active given Colorado's concentration of aerospace and federal contracting work.
Which visa types are most common for strategy analyst roles in Colorado?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for strategy analysts in Colorado, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field and qualifies as a specialty occupation. Candidates already in the U.S. on F-1 OPT or STEM OPT may also work in strategy analyst roles before pursuing H-1B sponsorship. The O-1 visa is less common but available to candidates with demonstrated exceptional achievement.
Which cities in Colorado have the most strategy analyst sponsorship jobs?
Denver accounts for the majority of strategy analyst sponsorship activity in Colorado, driven by its concentration of corporate headquarters, consulting offices, and technology companies. Boulder has a smaller but active market, particularly within tech startups and health sciences firms. Colorado Springs sees demand from defense and aerospace contractors, while smaller markets like Fort Collins occasionally post strategy analyst roles through larger regional employers.
How to find strategy analyst visa sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically for visa sponsorship eligibility, making it easier to identify strategy analyst openings in Colorado without sorting through roles where sponsorship is unavailable. You can filter by state and role type to surface positions at Colorado employers with active sponsorship histories. Given how competitive Denver and Boulder markets can be, browsing Migrate Mate regularly and applying early to new postings improves your chances.
What should strategy analyst candidates know about Colorado's hiring market and sponsorship requirements?
Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers to disclose compensation ranges in job postings, which gives sponsored candidates more transparency than in most other states. For H-1B purposes, employers must pay the prevailing wage for the Denver or Boulder metropolitan area as determined by the Department of Labor. Strategy analyst roles tied to federal contracts in Colorado Springs and Littleton may also require security clearance eligibility, which can affect international candidates.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored strategy analyst jobs in Colorado?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
