Which companies in Colorado sponsor visas for supply chain roles?
Ball Corporation in Westminster, Lockheed Martin in Littleton, and Arrow Electronics in Centennial have established records of sponsoring H-1B visas for supply chain and operations professionals. Large distribution and logistics employers in the Denver metro, including food and beverage companies tied to Colorado's agricultural sector, also appear in Department of Labor disclosure data for supply chain sponsorships.
Which visa types are most common for supply chain jobs in Colorado?
The H-1B is the most common visa for supply chain professionals in Colorado, particularly for roles in demand planning, procurement, and logistics analytics that require a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field. Candidates from Canada or Mexico may qualify for TN status under the USMCA, provided the specific role maps to an eligible TN occupation category.
Which cities in Colorado have the most supply chain visa sponsorship jobs?
Denver and its immediate suburbs, including Aurora, Centennial, and Westminster, account for the majority of supply chain sponsorship activity in Colorado. These areas host the state's largest manufacturing, aerospace, and distribution operations. Pueblo and Colorado Springs also have industrial employers with supply chain needs, though sponsorship activity there is less concentrated than along the northern Front Range corridor.
How to find supply chain visa sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate filters supply chain job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can search Colorado roles without sifting through positions that don't support international candidates. The platform aggregates openings from employers across the Front Range, including aerospace, manufacturing, and distribution sectors. Filtering by location and role type on Migrate Mate is the most direct way to identify Colorado supply chain employers actively hiring sponsored workers.
Are there any Colorado-specific factors that affect supply chain visa sponsorship?
Colorado's aerospace and defense manufacturing concentration, particularly around the Denver metro and along the Front Range, creates demand for supply chain professionals with security clearance eligibility, which can complicate sponsorship for some candidates. The state's universities, including Colorado State University and the University of Denver, produce supply chain graduates who sometimes transition to employer-sponsored status after OPT, giving local employers familiarity with the sponsorship process.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored supply chain jobs in Colorado?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
