Which companies sponsor visas for supply chain roles in Oklahoma?
Several large employers in Oklahoma have a track record of H-1B and other visa sponsorships for supply chain positions. These include Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores (Oklahoma City), American Airlines technical operations in Tulsa, and distribution-heavy retailers with Oklahoma fulfillment centers. Aerospace suppliers clustered around Tulsa's aerospace corridor, such as NORDAM Group, also hire internationally for procurement and operations roles.
Which visa types are most common for supply chain jobs in Oklahoma?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for supply chain professionals in Oklahoma, particularly for roles like supply chain analyst, logistics engineer, and procurement manager that require a relevant bachelor's degree. The TN visa is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying management or engineering roles. Candidates already holding OPT or STEM OPT authorization are also actively recruited by Oklahoma employers before a full H-1B petition is filed.
Which cities in Oklahoma have the most supply chain sponsorship jobs?
Oklahoma City and Tulsa account for the majority of supply chain sponsorship opportunities in the state. Oklahoma City is home to major distribution, energy logistics, and transportation company headquarters. Tulsa's aerospace and manufacturing base drives demand for supply chain engineers and procurement specialists. Smaller industrial activity exists around Enid and Broken Arrow, but candidates should focus their search on these two metro areas for the highest concentration of sponsoring employers.
How to find supply chain visa sponsorship jobs in Oklahoma?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates seeking visa sponsorship and filters jobs by role and state, making it straightforward to browse supply chain openings in Oklahoma. You can search by job title, such as logistics analyst or procurement manager, and filter to Oklahoma to see which employers are actively sponsoring. This saves significant time compared to manually checking whether each posting offers sponsorship support.
Are there any state-specific considerations for supply chain professionals seeking sponsorship in Oklahoma?
Oklahoma's economy concentrates supply chain demand in oil and gas logistics, aerospace parts, and agricultural distribution, so candidates with industry-specific experience in these sectors are more competitive. The University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University produce supply chain graduates and maintain industry partnerships, creating pipelines that some employers use to identify international candidates on OPT. Prevailing wage requirements apply statewide for H-1B positions and are determined by the Department of Labor based on the specific role and location.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored supply chain jobs in Oklahoma?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
