Which companies sponsor visas for supply chain associates in Colorado?
Amazon, DHL, and Ball Corporation are among the larger employers with supply chain operations in Colorado that have sponsored work visas for operations and logistics roles. Medical device and aerospace companies along the Front Range, including Lockheed Martin and Jabil, also hire supply chain associates and have established international sponsorship programs through their HR and legal teams.
Which visa types are most common for supply chain associate roles in Colorado?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa for supply chain associates in Colorado, particularly for roles requiring a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or operations research. Candidates already holding OPT or STEM OPT through Colorado universities like CU Boulder or Colorado State are well-positioned to transition into full H-1B sponsorship with employers who have existing sponsorship infrastructure.
Which cities in Colorado have the most supply chain associate sponsorship jobs?
Denver and Aurora account for the highest concentration of supply chain associate roles with sponsorship potential, driven by major distribution centers, e-commerce fulfillment operations, and corporate logistics teams headquartered in the metro area. Colorado Springs has a secondary cluster tied to defense and aerospace supply chains, while Boulder attracts supply chain roles within the tech and manufacturing sectors.
How to find supply chain associate visa sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate filters supply chain associate jobs in Colorado specifically by visa sponsorship, saving you from sorting through listings where sponsorship is unclear or unavailable. You can browse verified opportunities across Denver, Aurora, and the broader Front Range without wading through roles that don't apply to international candidates. Migrate Mate is built for this exact search, covering logistics, procurement, and operations roles in Colorado.
Are there state-specific considerations for supply chain associates seeking sponsorship in Colorado?
Colorado's EPEWA (Equal Pay for Equal Work Act) requires employers to disclose pay ranges in job postings, which helps international candidates assess whether an offer meets H-1B prevailing wage requirements before applying. Colorado's strong aerospace, clean energy, and logistics sectors create consistent demand for supply chain talent, and several Front Range universities produce supply chain graduates who enter the local sponsorship pipeline annually.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored supply chain associate jobs in Colorado?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
