What you will be doing:
- Leadership and Oversight: A primary care physician clinical director is responsible for providing leadership and oversight within a clinical setting, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of primary care services.
- Quality Improvement: They play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality of patient care by implementing and monitoring clinical protocols, standards, and best practices. This includes overseeing the performance of healthcare staff.
- Collaboration and Communication: The clinical director collaborates with other healthcare professionals, administrators, and staff to foster a collaborative and communicative environment. They may also engage in strategic planning and decision-making to enhance the overall functioning of the primary care facility.
Skills you need:
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Certified in Family Medicine, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Adult Medicine
- Leadership experience highly desired
