Locum Tenens OB/GYN, Laborist Opportunity – 24hr Coverage
We are seeking an experienced Laborist to provide ongoing monthly locum tenens coverage at a well-established medical facility. This opportunity offers 24hr shifts, ensuring continuity of care and efficiency for both the provider and the hospital.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Consistent Monthly Assignments – Providers are scheduled for 24hr shift rotations to maintain continuity in patient care.
- Comprehensive Orientation – Orientation takes place the day before your first scheduled shift. Thursday before the first shift, ensuring you are well-prepared.
- Flexible Scheduling – Multiple open dates available; providers can choose the assignments that fit their availability.
Schedule & Responsibilities:
- 24hr in-house call and rounding OB/GYN - Laborist (650+ births annually)
- Available Coverage Dates: Ongoing throughout 2026
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Laborist with active state licensure, IMLC, or an ability to obtain one.
- Comfortable with high volume labor and delivery.
- Strong adaptability and teamwork skills, working alongside a dedicated support team.
