Seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide onsite technical support in a fast-paced, 24/7 broadcast environment. The ideal candidate will have strong desktop, networking, and troubleshooting skills and be comfortable working under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite 24/7/365 IT and desktop support.
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, network, server, printer, remote access, and file-share issues.
- Support broadcast operations and live sporting events.
- Travel domestically/internationally as required; approximately 4–5 days every 4–5 weeks after training.
- Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues appropriately.
- Maintain tickets and follow established SOPs.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of related IT/support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS.
- Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Broadcast industry experience is highly preferred.
- Linux/Unix experience is a plus.
- Valid U.S. driver's license required.
- Valid passport preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

$35.00 - $43.00 per hour
