The Opportunity
We are looking for an impact-driven, Senior Product Manager within our AI Products and Insights team, to build the next-generation AI Platform that powers intelligent, agent-driven experiences across the enterprise. This platform is foundational, enabling not only AI features, but defining how AI systems are built, integrated, governed and scaled across our product ecosystem.
You’ll own the underlying platform through which AI capabilities are delivered. You will work across engineering, data science, product, and infrastructure to determine what gets built and why it matters. If you want to build the backbone of AI innovation, where platform thinking meets product intuition and real-world impact, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the AI Platform roadmap and delivery, aligning priorities to enterprise AI strategy, client use-cases and downstream team needs.
- Drive the development of core platform capabilities, including agent orchestration, context and memory management, knowledge ingestion and retrieval pipelines, and reusable services for building intelligent systems.
- Build a modular, interoperable platform architecture, enabling teams to compose AI capabilities flexibly, integrate across systems, and build resilient, scalable solutions.
- Enable downstream product teams to build high-quality AI-driven experiences by providing well-defined APIs, services, and platform abstractions that reduce friction and accelerate development.
- Establish a rigorous evaluation framework and guardrails for platform performance, including response quality, trust, latency, reliability, and system scalability, and use those insights to guide continuous improvement.
- Operate across multiple workstreams simultaneously, ranging from early-stage architectural decisions to near-term delivery, helping teams navigate ambiguity and move work forward with clarity.
- Bring a strong point of view on agentic systems and enterprise AI patterns, staying current with advancements in LLMs, multi-agent architectures, and orchestration frameworks, and applying that thinking to platform evolution.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful exposure to technical platforms and enterprise SaaS products.
- Demonstrated experience working on AI/ML-powered products or platforms, with practical understanding of model capabilities and limitations, prompt design tradeoffs, evaluation methodologies, and what it takes to operationalize AI in production.
- Strong understanding of, or hands-on experience with, AI/ML platform architectures, agent orchestration, pipelines, and tooling (e.g., LLMs, agent frameworks, retrieval systems, embeddings).
- Track record of shipping AI products or platforms from zero-to-one and scaling them through adoption and iteration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to diagnose gaps in system behavior or output quality, and translate them into structured, high-impact improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI and system concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.
Why This Role
- Shape a product used by hundreds of thousands of enterprise decision-makers worldwide, with direct visibility into how your work moves business outcomes.
- Work at the frontier of applied AI in enterprise, rethinking how humans interact with deep institutional knowledge.
- Join a high-caliber, tight-knit product team that values rigorous thinking, intellectual honesty, and building things that matter.
- Operate with real ownership: the team is small enough that your judgment directly shapes what gets built, and senior enough that your voice is heard in strategic conversations.
- Learn and grow in an environment that invests in product management as a craft, with structured development, mentorship, and a culture of continuous improvement.
What you will get:
- Competitive salary, generous paid time off policy, charity match program, Medical, Dental & Vision Plans, Parental Leave, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401K matching and more!
- Collaborative, team-oriented culture that embraces diversity.
- Professional development and unlimited growth opportunities.

Which companies in Connecticut sponsor visas for software product managers?
Connecticut's largest visa sponsors for software product manager roles include UnitedHealth Group, Cigna, Synchrony Financial, Travelers, and Gartner, all of which have filed H-1B visa Labor Condition Applications for product management positions in recent years. Stamford-based financial and insurance technology firms account for a significant share of sponsorship activity, alongside healthcare IT companies concentrated in the Hartford area.
Which visa types are most common for software product managers in Connecticut?
The H-1B is by far the most common visa for software product managers in Connecticut, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business information systems, or a related field, satisfying the specialty occupation requirement. Candidates already holding O-1 visa or L-1 visas through multinational employers also appear in Connecticut hiring, particularly within Stamford's large corporate headquarters cluster.
Which cities in Connecticut have the most software product manager visa sponsorship jobs?
Stamford leads Connecticut for software product manager sponsorship opportunities, driven by its dense concentration of Fortune 500 headquarters in financial services and media. Hartford follows, primarily through large health insurance and insurance technology employers. New Haven generates a smaller but growing share of roles, particularly from health tech startups and companies connected to Yale's research ecosystem.
How to find software product manager visa sponsorship jobs in Connecticut?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship status, making it straightforward to browse software product manager roles in Connecticut without sorting through positions that don't offer sponsorship. You can narrow results to Connecticut employers and product management titles directly on the platform, which is particularly useful given how sponsorship availability varies across Stamford's financial tech firms and Hartford's insurance sector.
Are there any Connecticut-specific considerations for software product managers seeking visa sponsorship?
Connecticut's prevailing wage requirements for H-1B software product manager roles reflect the state's high cost of living, particularly in Fairfield County, where Stamford is located. Employers filing Labor Condition Applications must meet Department of Labor wage levels for the specific work location, so a role based in Stamford will carry different wage obligations than one based in Hartford. International candidates should confirm which office location is listed on their LCA.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored software product manager jobs in Connecticut?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
