ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
We are seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our Brand team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is not a role for someone who executes tasks handed down from above. It is a role for someone who builds the strategy, owns the outcomes, and holds themselves and others accountable to both. You think in brand systems, move with urgency, and treat every activation as an opportunity to build something that compounds over time. This role centers on three pillars: Brand Strategy and Positioning, Partnership and Sponsorship Marketing, and Cross-Functional Brand Accountability. You will own Webull's relationships with sports properties and media organizations and serve as the connective tissue between Brand and the broader marketing organization to ensure those assets are activated with precision and purpose.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own Brand Strategy and Positioning
- Develop, document, and steward a brand strategy that is clear, differentiated, and built to scale, covering positioning, messaging architecture, audience segmentation, and long-term brand equity goals.
- Translate brand strategy into actionable annual and quarterly plans with defined KPIs, owners, timelines, and accountability checkpoints.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels, partners, and touchpoints.
- Monitor brand health metrics and competitive positioning; bring forward insights and recommendations with the rigor of someone who does not accept what the dashboard shows at face value.
- Lead Partnership and Sponsorship Marketing
- Own the day-to-day management and strategic activation of Webull's sports and media partnerships, including sponsorships, co-branded campaigns, and event marketing.
- Develop activation plans that convert partnership assets into measurable brand and business outcomes, not just impressions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, serving as the primary brand steward in those relationships.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure partnership assets are integrated into campaigns, product moments, and growth initiatives across channels.
-
Track and report on partnership performance with full accountability for ROI; present findings and recommendations to leadership.
-
Drive Cross-Functional Brand Accountability
- Serve as the Brand team's primary integration point with Marketing, Product, Design, Compliance, and external agencies to ensure brand standards are upheld and brand strategy is embedded in every major initiative.
- Brief, manage, and hold accountable agency and creative partners; own the feedback loop from strategy through final execution.
- Develop processes and tools that make brand governance scalable without making it bureaucratic.
- Use project management tools such as Wrike to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional workstreams with full visibility and accountability.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 6-10+ years in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or partnership marketing.
- You do not just build strategies, you own them. You can articulate a brand vision, build the plan behind it, assign the work, and be the one held accountable when it does not land. No diffusion of responsibility.
- Proven track record of managing and activating sponsorships or brand partnerships in ways that drive measurable outcomes, not just brand exposure. You know the difference and you plan accordingly.
- You are not satisfied with vanity metrics. You define what success looks like before the campaign launches, you measure what matters, and you find the insights that others are not looking for.
- Comfortable managing direct reports, dotted-line relationships, and external creative and media partners. You set clear expectations, give real feedback, and do not let accountability slide.
- Hands-on experience across brand and marketing tools including analytics platforms, creative project management, and media measurement. Proficiency with project management tools required; experience with Wrike is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Can present a brand strategy to a room of executives and a creative brief to an agency with equal clarity and conviction.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in financial services, consumer fintech, or a high-profile consumer brand strongly preferred.
- You operate with a Type A standard for follow-through. Complex, layered projects with multiple stakeholders and moving deadlines do not slow you down, they sharpen your focus.

Which companies in Florida sponsor visas for brand marketing roles?
Florida-based companies with a history of sponsoring international brand marketing talent include Carnival Corporation in Miami, Darden Restaurants and Universal Parks and Resorts in Orlando, and Raymond James Financial in St. Petersburg. Consumer goods companies, hospitality groups, and health systems with large marketing departments tend to sponsor most consistently. Agencies with multinational clients in Miami's Brickell and Wynwood districts have also filed sponsorships for brand marketing positions.
Which visa types are most common for brand marketing jobs in Florida?
The H-1B visa is the most commonly used visa for brand marketing roles in Florida, provided the position requires at least a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Australians may qualify for the E-3 visa, and Canadian and Mexican nationals can explore the TN visa under the USMCA. Candidates already in the U.S. on OPT or STEM OPT extension often pursue employer H-1B visa sponsorship from within Florida companies.
How to find brand marketing visa sponsorship jobs in Florida?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it practical to search for brand marketing roles across Florida without sorting through positions that don't sponsor. You can narrow results by city, focusing on Miami, Orlando, or Tampa, where brand marketing hiring is concentrated. Migrate Mate surfaces employers actively filing for sponsorship, which is more reliable than guessing from general job postings.
Which cities in Florida have the most brand marketing sponsorship jobs?
Miami generates the highest volume of brand marketing sponsorship opportunities in Florida, driven by its concentration of Latin American headquarters, luxury consumer brands, and international advertising agencies. Orlando follows, with hospitality, entertainment, and tourism companies regularly hiring brand marketers. Tampa has grown as a secondary hub, particularly in financial services and healthcare marketing, while Fort Lauderdale sees activity from cruise and retail brands.
Are there any Florida-specific factors that affect visa sponsorship for brand marketing professionals?
Florida's tourism economy means brand marketing roles are heavily concentrated in hospitality, entertainment, and consumer sectors, which influences which employers regularly sponsor. The state's large Spanish-speaking population makes bilingual brand marketers particularly attractive to employers in South Florida, which can strengthen candidacy. Florida also hosts several universities with strong marketing programs, and recent graduates on OPT from schools like University of Florida and University of Miami are a common pipeline into sponsored brand marketing positions.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored brand marketing jobs in Florida?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
