- Apply learnings from prior programs to improve targeting, execution, and follow-up over time.
6. Manage Budget, Vendors, and Execution Details
- Oversee program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong return on investment.
- Manage vendor relationships and execution details for event production, logistics, attendee experience, and follow-up.
- Keep programs organized and moving by managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional handoffs.

Which companies sponsor visas for brand marketers in Tennessee?
Nashville-based HCA Healthcare, Bridgestone Americas, and Dollar General have histories of sponsoring H-1B visa workers in marketing functions. In Memphis, FedEx and AutoZone have sponsored international talent in brand and communications roles. Hospitality and entertainment companies tied to Nashville's tourism industry also hire brand marketers, though sponsorship frequency varies by company size and hiring cycle.
Which visa types are most common for brand marketing roles in Tennessee?
The H-1B is the most common visa for brand marketing roles in Tennessee, provided the position qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Candidates with advanced degrees may also pursue EB-2 or NIW pathways through employer sponsorship. Australians working in brand strategy may qualify for the E-3 visa, which has no lottery and faster processing.
Which cities in Tennessee have the most brand marketing sponsorship jobs?
Nashville accounts for the largest share of brand marketing sponsorship activity in Tennessee, driven by its concentration of healthcare, financial services, and entertainment companies. Memphis is a secondary hub, with logistics and retail brands headquartered there. Knoxville has a smaller but growing market, particularly tied to the University of Tennessee's commercial partnerships and regional consumer brands.
How to find brand marketing visa sponsorship jobs in Tennessee?
Migrate Mate filters brand marketing roles in Tennessee specifically by visa sponsorship eligibility, saving you from manually screening hundreds of listings. You can browse active openings from Tennessee employers who have sponsored international workers in marketing functions. Searching by city, such as Nashville or Memphis, helps narrow results to locations where brand marketing sponsorship activity is highest.
Are there any state-specific considerations for brand marketers seeking sponsorship in Tennessee?
Tennessee has no state income tax on wages, which can make total compensation more attractive when evaluating offers. Brand marketing roles in healthcare, a dominant sector in Nashville, often require candidates with industry-specific knowledge, which can strengthen a specialty occupation determination for H-1B purposes. Vanderbilt University and the University of Tennessee also produce marketing graduates who create a competitive local talent pool employers draw from first.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored brand marketing jobs in Tennessee?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
