Which companies sponsor visas for manager, product management roles in Florida?
Florida-based employers with a track record of sponsoring product management roles include Chewy (Dania Beach), Citrix (Fort Lauderdale), World Fuel Services (Miami), and Raymond James (St. Petersburg). Miami's fintech corridor and Tampa's expanding SaaS market also include mid-size companies and regional offices of global firms that regularly file H-1B visa petitions for senior product management positions.
Which visa types are most common for manager, product management roles in Florida?
The H-1B is the most common visa for manager, product management roles in Florida, as the position typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a related bachelor's degree in fields like computer science, business, or engineering. Candidates already holding L-1A status through an intracompany transfer, or those with O-1A extraordinary ability classification, may also be eligible depending on their background and employer circumstances.
Which cities in Florida have the most manager, product management sponsorship jobs?
Miami leads Florida for product management sponsorship activity, driven by its fintech, e-commerce, and Latin American headquarters presence. Tampa is a close second with a growing SaaS and healthtech sector. Orlando has product management roles tied to hospitality technology and simulation industries. Fort Lauderdale, home to Citrix and several cybersecurity firms, is also a consistent source of sponsorship opportunities for this role.
How to find manager, product management visa sponsorship jobs in Florida?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates and filters manager, product management roles by visa sponsorship history, so you can see which Florida employers have actually filed petitions rather than guessing. Searching by city lets you focus on Miami, Tampa, or Orlando depending on your target industry. Migrate Mate surfaces roles from employers with documented H-1B filings, which is more reliable than scanning general job boards where sponsorship willingness is rarely stated clearly.
Are there any Florida-specific considerations for manager, product management visa sponsorship candidates?
Florida has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage comparisons since federal prevailing wage determinations are based on Bureau of Labor Statistics data for specific metro areas rather than statewide figures. Miami and Tampa are designated as separate wage areas, so an employer in Miami filing an LCA must meet the prevailing wage for that metro. Florida's large university system, including the University of Florida and University of Miami, also produces product management talent pipelines that some employers draw from when considering OPT-to-H-1B sponsorship pathways.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored manager, product management jobs in Florida?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
