Which companies in Florida sponsor visas for partnerships lead roles?
Florida-based employers that have sponsored partnerships and business development professionals include Chewy, Fanatics, Modernizing Medicine, Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG), and Magic Leap. Larger enterprise software and fintech companies headquartered in Miami and Tampa are the most consistent sponsors, as they have established immigration infrastructure and recurring demand for senior partnerships talent.
Which visa types are most common for partnerships lead roles in Florida?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa for partnerships lead roles in Florida, as the position typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Candidates with multinational employer relationships may also qualify for the L-1A or L-1B. Australian citizens can pursue the E-3 visa as a faster alternative to the H-1B lottery.
Which cities in Florida have the most partnerships lead sponsorship jobs?
Miami leads Florida for partnerships lead sponsorship opportunities, driven by its concentration of fintech, e-commerce, and Latin American regional headquarters. Tampa is a strong second, with growing SaaS and cybersecurity companies actively hiring partnerships professionals. Orlando has demand in hospitality technology and simulation. Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton also have activity from financial services and enterprise software firms.
How to find partnerships lead visa sponsorship jobs in Florida?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can search partnerships lead roles in Florida without wading through postings that don't sponsor. The platform surfaces employers actively filing H-1B and other work visa petitions for this role type. Filtering by Florida and the partnerships lead category on Migrate Mate gives you a targeted list of real sponsorship opportunities in the state.
Are there any Florida-specific considerations for partnerships leads seeking visa sponsorship?
Florida has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage calculations differently than high-tax states, though federal H-1B wage requirements still apply. Miami's bilingual business environment can make candidates with Spanish-language skills more competitive for partnerships roles targeting Latin American markets. Florida's lack of a dominant tech hub like Silicon Valley means sponsorship is more employer-specific rather than industry-wide, so researching individual company sponsorship history matters.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored partnerships lead jobs in Florida?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
