Design orchestration patterns that support multi-region and international go-to-market motions, ensuring compliance with data governance and regional considerations.
-
Own and evolve orchestration logic leveraging tools such as but not limited to Ringlead, native Salesforce automation, and supporting services.
Salesforce & Data Platform Integration
-
Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, and IT to design Salesforce data models and automation that maximize data integrity, speed-to-lead, and seller efficiency.
-
Collaborate on integrations between Salesforce and Snowflake, ensuring reliable data synchronization, scalable enrichment pipelines, and trusted analytics-ready datasets.
-
Establish best practices for data normalization, identity resolution, and deduplication across CRM and warehouse environments.
Data Enrichment & Vendor Partnerships
-
Work directly with external data vendors to source, evaluate, onboard, and operationalize enrichment data used for targeting, sales campaigns, and account intelligence.
-
Define enrichment strategies and success metrics to ensure data investments are measurable and aligned to revenue outcomes.
-
Manage vendor data ingestion and quality controls within orchestration workflows.
AI & Advanced Data Strategy

Help define the company’s point of view on AI’s role in data orchestration and enrichment, particularly within Revenue Operations use cases.
-
Explore and design AI-assisted approaches for lead scoring, routing optimization, data completeness, and predictive enrichment.

Document architecture, orchestration logic, and operating standards to support long-term scalability.
-
Act as a subject-matter expert and advisor to Sales, Partner, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders.

Which companies in Georgia sponsor visas for data architects?
Atlanta-based enterprises are the primary sponsors. Equifax, NCR Voyix, Delta Air Lines, Anthem (now Elevance Health), and Cox Enterprises have all filed H-1B visa Labor Condition Applications for data architecture roles. Consulting firms with large Atlanta offices, including Deloitte and Accenture, also sponsor data architects placed with local clients. Georgia's fintech and health IT sectors drive consistent demand.
What visa types are most common for data architect roles in Georgia?
The H-1B is the most common visa for data architects in Georgia, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, or a related field, meeting the specialty occupation standard. Candidates already holding L-1B intracompany transferee status or O-1A visas for those with exceptional ability also appear among sponsored hires at larger Atlanta employers.
Which cities in Georgia have the most data architect sponsorship jobs?
Atlanta accounts for the large majority of data architect sponsorship activity in Georgia. Buckhead, Midtown, and the Perimeter Center corridor concentrate enterprise tech and financial services headquarters. Alpharetta, known as a technology hub north of Atlanta, hosts a number of fintech and cybersecurity firms that also sponsor data architecture roles. Outside metro Atlanta, opportunities are limited.
How to find data architect visa sponsorship jobs in Georgia?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can search data architect roles in Georgia without sifting through positions that don't sponsor. Migrate Mate's listings are sourced with sponsorship signals, making it practical for international candidates on H-1B, OPT, or other work authorization who need confirmed sponsorship from Georgia-based employers.
Are there state-specific factors that affect data architect sponsorship in Georgia?
Georgia's concentration of financial services, logistics, and health IT creates demand for data architects with domain expertise in those industries, which can strengthen a sponsorship case by demonstrating specialized skills. Georgia Tech's graduate programs in computer science and data science serve as a notable local talent pipeline, meaning sponsored candidates often compete alongside OPT-eligible graduates already familiar to Atlanta-area employers.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored data architect jobs in Georgia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
