INTRODUCTION
As a Manager in Software Engineering, you will manage a team of software engineers, overseeing the development, implementation, and enhancement of commercial products. - Experience providing technical leadership within a development organization, including engineering practices, and technical decision-making.
- Experience providing human leadership within a development organization, including coaching, discipline, goal setting, commitment and evaluation.

Compensation:
$116,400.00 - $204,100.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus. Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
