- Install, configure, maintain, and monitor servers, workstations, and operating systems.
- Administer Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and user access permissions.
- Monitor system performance, availability, backups, and infrastructure health.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Manage system updates, security patches, and routine maintenance.
- Support cloud infrastructure and services, including Microsoft Azure where applicable.
- Implement access controls and follow established cybersecurity policies.
- Maintain technical documentation, system inventories, and configuration records.
- Respond to service requests and incidents within established service-level agreements.
- Coordinate with help desk, network, security, and cloud teams to resolve complex issues.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
