Provide support for on-site conference meetings (video conference, web meeting).

Ability to work alone, and within a team. Must be driven to follow standards to deliver local site support.
REQUIREMENTS/MUST HAVE:
Ability to:
- Troubleshoot terminal servers
- Support thin clients
- Crimp patch cables
- Update code on network switches
- Troubleshoot servers
- Support mobile devices
- Create documentation and procedures
SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:
Knowledge of help desk software (Service Now) preferred, but not required. Network and server knowledge required, certification not required.
