Job Description
This role is onsite in our Mettawa, IL office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday every week.
The Marketing Manager I/II, SKYRIZI PsA HCP Marketing is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing HCP marketing plans and programs needed to accelerate the growth of SKYRIZI in Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA), a key brand and indication in Rheumatology. Additionally, you will:
- Work in a team-based environment to lead the development and execution of strategies and implementation of tactics to support more patients and position SKYRIZI for success now and in the future
- Foster positive working relationships with the entire SKYRIZI and Rheumatology marketing team, sales force, medical affairs, market research, sales training, regulatory, and other cross franchise marketing teams
- Work with various agencies and consultants, key opinion leaders, and co-marketing partners to successfully drive the business and achieve business goals
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Show a strong understanding of the patient and HCPs; ensure that all marketing activities align with the target audience's needs
- Develop and execute high-impact go-to market strategies that are innovative, executable, and clinically/financially supported to drive disease state awareness and brand preference
- Requires the ability to understand and integrate customer feedback and research insights, monitoring progress against brand milestones to make strategic recommendations for optimal brand performance
- Work with internal cross functional groups and external partners to ensure integration and consistency of business strategies and regulatory compliance of promotional material
- Evaluate the effectiveness of campaign strategies through campaign measurement and metrics development to ensure positive return on investment and achievement of brand objectives
- Identify problems proactively and conceptualize solutions using creativity and innovation
- Effectively track and manage marketing budget for area of responsibility
- Consistently manage multiple projects to deliver high-quality work product in a timely fashion
- Continually evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and recommend changes in strategy or tactics as appropriate
- Think innovatively regarding the application of new technologies to marketing, particularly within a regulated environment
- Proactively support the sales force through ongoing communications of marketing programs
- Apply marketing concepts in the development of marketing plans and programs including brand positioning, brand architecture, SWOT analysis, competitive assessment, market research, marketing objectives/strategies, patient segmentation, etc.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Medical/Pharmacology related field
- Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Communicate clearly and concisely with several types and levels of staff and external contacts, both in writing and verbally
- Strong planning, project management, and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
- Previous marketing experience of 5+ years brand marketing/consumer promotion or equivalent experience with complex project management responsibility in medical/scientific function
