<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">This position will collaborate with team members to design residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Technical tasks include but not limited to conceptual site layout, utility design; roadway design; site grading design; storm drain design; storm water management design; water and sanitary sewer main design; soil erosion and sedimentation control design; floodplain studies; permitting and entitlement support; and construction support (2026 start).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Accountability and Duties </strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Designs site plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.&nbsp; <strong> </strong></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prepares conceptual grading analyses and site layout.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prepares and computes, but not limited to due diligence/site analysis reports, engineer opinion of probable costs, utility computations, detention/retention computations, storm water reports, earthwork analysis.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assists in production of final construction drawings.<strong> </strong></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prepares permit applications for applicable municipal agencies.<strong> </strong></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assists project managers as requested.<strong> </strong></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assists with client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects. <strong> </strong></span></li>
