ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems, network infrastructure, telecommunications hardware, and cloud platforms.
- Perform hands-on installation of access points, cameras, etc.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure systems, support procedures, and disaster recovery protocols.
- Provide backup support as needed for the IT Infrastructure & Operations team, including Service Desk tickets.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in project management and technical planning
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including remote support
- Demonstrates good judgment, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Cisco Networking, Azure and Intune
- Experience administering both Linux and Windows systems in a virtualized environment
- Network engineering experience in a multi-site environment
- Practical knowledge of core networking technologies: DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and wireless systems
