Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client inquiries, policy updates, and general customer service needs.
- Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, cross-selling, and client follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals, families, and local businesses.
- Meet with clients virtually or in-office to identify insurance coverage needs.
- Present and sell Property & Casualty insurance products to prospective and existing policyholders.
- Work toward sales and service goals to contribute to the continued growth of the agency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Must obtain a Life and Health Insurance license shortly after hire if not already licensed.
- Previous inside sales and customer service experience.
- Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in an office environment.
- Ability to multitask, manage client records, and cross-sell insurance products confidently.
