Schedule: 1st shift Monday – Friday 6am to 2pm
Responsibilities:
- All employees are responsible for maintaining a safe workplace by anticipating, recognizing, and reporting potential hazards, attending required safety training, and adhering to safety protocols.
- All safety rules. Safety is everyone's responsibility.
- Work successfully in a self-directed team environment.
- Able to stand and work for 8-hour shift.
- Follow a set of instructions to ensure accurate and efficient production.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Operates packaging equipment.
- Makes adjustments and loads materials.
- Packages products, handle parts, and perform rewinds.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of basic tools and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
- Continual standing, pushing, pulling, bending & lifting.
- Constant lifting of 15 to 30 pounds.
- Frequent lifting of 30 to 40 pounds.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
