Instructs and collaborates with occupational therapy assistants regarding treatment procedures to be utilized. Supervises Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA/OTA) in carrying out an OT program or selected parts of it. Completes all documentation and billing in a timely and acceptable manner. All care is provided in accordance with the philosophy and essential functions of the rehabilitation department, the Joint Commission, State Practice Acts, and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
