WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Practice Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- No Weekends, Evenings, or Holidays
- Respond to participant needs and direct the inquiry to the appropriate party.
- Maintain inventory supplies, set-up of the care environment, and physically assist PACE participants.
- Deliver care in multiple settings, including in the home, the day center, the clinic or in transportation.
For insurability requirements, all candidates must be over the age of 23.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma/GED - Required
- 1 Year - Prior experience working with frail/elderly population - Required
- 1 Year - Healthcare experience as a patient care technician or similar position - Preferred
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - State of Indiana Licensing Board - Required OR
- Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) - Required OR
- Franciscan Patient Care Assistant Program (FPCAP) - Required
