- Design and implement efficient manufacturing workflows, including custom tooling, fixtures, and jigs to optimize throughput.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes of production issues and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure design-for-manufacturing (DFM) and design-for-assembly (DFA) standards are met.
- Scale production processes by training personnel on new fabrication methods, quality standards, and operational procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or Fusion 360.
- Strong foundation in engineering principles, including tolerance analysis and material selection.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and coordinate across multiple departments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on technical innovation.
Preferred Skills:
- Extensive experience in CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and welding processes.
