What You’ll Do
- Design end-to-end solution architecture for vendor incentives, customer incentives, contracts, chargebacks, rebates, and related commercial processes.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define current-state challenges, future-state capabilities, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
- Lead architecture work for large-scale transformation initiatives, including solution design, integration planning, governance, and implementation support.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs across SAP Vistex V4, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD/FI, cloud platforms, data, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Evaluate technology options, vendor solutions, and process improvements; recommend approaches that balance value, risk, cost, usability, compliance, and speed to delivery.
- Create clear architecture artifacts, decision materials, process flows, reference models, and executive-ready recommendations.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, operations, vendors, and enterprise architecture teams to drive adoption and measurable business impact.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and change impacts; support issue resolution and continuous improvement across solution delivery.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Typically requires 4+ years of relevant professional experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, business process transformation, SAP solution delivery, data architecture, or closely related roles.
- Experience with vendor incentives, customer incentives, contracts, chargebacks, rebates, pricing, finance, or commercial operations processes.
- Experience designing or delivering solution architecture for enterprise business applications.
- Experience building or contributing to business cases, including value drivers, cost / benefit analysis, process impacts, risks, and implementation recommendations.
- Experience leading or supporting large-scale transformation initiatives across business and technology teams.
- Experience creating architecture artifacts, process documentation, future-state designs, and stakeholder-facing decision materials.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Experience with SAP Vistex V4, including incentives, contracts, chargebacks, rebates, or claims-related capabilities.
