TITLE: Manager, Manufacturing Engineering
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
DUTIES:
- Coordinates daily and long-term business requirements and ensures equipment is in a state of readiness to meet required output.
- Create and implement of change controls and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operation equipment.
- Monitor product quality standards and SQtPP (Safety, Quality, Identity, Potency, and Purity) of the product and ensure quality guidelines and timelines are met.
- Serve as Project Manager for engineering and CAPEX projects.
- Provide adequate risk management and life-cycle reliability of equipment.
- Prepare and handle engineering budgets and track financials for projects/budget, report status.
- Travel: Up to 10% domestic and international travel required.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field of study.
3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or related experience.
Required knowledge or experience with:
- 1 year of reliability engineering experience
- Experience with implementing and managing a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Automation and Manufacturing Operations experience
- Manufacturing Quality systems and standards
- Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and remediate issues found during testing
- Technical authorship
