Position Overview:

This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch, driving financial performance, customer satisfaction, and employee growth; while adhering to our policies and procedures.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directly manages branch staff and directs day-to-day activities within the branch to ensure top performance and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the P&L of the branch.
• Ensures revenue and profit plans are achieved.
• Monitors expenses and analyzes financial performance and budget of branch; identifies operational deficiencies and implements plans for improvement.
• Implements company programs, initiatives, and current operational guidelines.
• Participates in recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training branch staff.
• Operates within company and business unit policies and procedures; creates an environment that motivates associates to be successful.
• Monitors regulatory compliance with state and federal agencies.
• Foster a “safety first” culture.
• Other duties as needed to meet business and customer needs.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years leadership experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Profit & loss and asset management experience is required.
• Sales management preferred.
• Transportation industry experience or dealership management experience is required.
• Mechanical aptitude is required. Hands-on transportation equipment experience preferred.

COMPENSATION

Pay depends on experience.
