Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Welcome all customers to the dealership
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect Harley-Davidson motorcycle to fit their needs and desires
- Provide information on the motorcycles, offer test rides and complete tours of the dealership
- Completing timely follow up through phone calls, e-mails and text messages selling the fun and excitement of Harley-Davidson to customers
- Updating of Customer Relationship Management System to manage workload on a daily basis
- We will train the right people and provide the tools you need to be successful
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- No sales experience required, we will train you
- Outgoing, energetic, helpful and positive personality
- Be able to follow a structured sales process on value based selling
- Driven with the ambition to meet and exceed goals by constantly learning and improving
- Motivated by commission and eager to improve
- Time management skills to be consistently productive
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Compensation:
- Industry leading compensation based on performance
- Large, aggressive sold volume based bonuses
- 10 Sold per month estimate = $56,000+/year
- 15 Sold per month estimate = $96,000+/year
- 20 Sold per month estimate = $145,000+/year
