KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with clients and prospects to understand their needs and objectives and represent these items internally across WellSky.
- Contribute to the creation of roadmaps by identifying projects, determining scope, and providing high level timelines.
- Review simple client requests and translate them into design and requirements that address the market needs.
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver features from detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Assist with setting priority for stories or features to be developed in order to meet business objectives.
- Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Health technology experience
