We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Data Center Projects for a direct-hire opportunity based in Overland Park, KS or Richardson, TX, with regular travel to client sites. This senior leadership role will oversee multiple concurrent or program-scale data center projects ranging from 1 MW to 20+ MW, managing delivery from initial concept and preconstruction through construction, commissioning, and final turnover. The Senior Project Manager will serve as a primary client interface while driving project strategy, commercial performance, schedule, risk, commissioning, and cross-project standardization. This is a high-impact opportunity for an accomplished mission-critical/data center construction leader who has successfully delivered complex, accelerated multi-MW projects. You'll lead PM teams, oversee critical MEP infrastructure, manage major budgets and procurement strategies, and drive projects through L1–L5 commissioning and IST readiness. The role combines executive-level client leadership with hands-on oversight of cost, P6 scheduling, procurement, commissioning, BMS/EPMS, critical power/cooling, and operational readiness.

- 15+ years of construction management experience
- 8+ years of direct mission-critical/data center project experience
- Proven experience leading multi-MW data center projects or programs
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects from concept/preconstruction through commissioning and turnover

- Strong understanding of critical power and cooling systems
