This technician position is field-based, involving local travel to job sites in a company-provided vehicle. The technician will inspect roofing systems, diagnose issues, and complete repair work while ensuring a professional and positive customer service experience on every job.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform roof inspections, identify issues, and execute necessary repair solutions
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, providing honest assessments and maintaining strong customer service
- Complete repair work safely and efficiently while working at heights
- Document findings and ensure all repair jobs meet company quality standards
- Represent the company professionally in all technician and customer service interactions
Work Environment
- This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites
- Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs
Driving
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites
