As an Account Executive, New Business, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and developing relationships within your assigned greenfield territory. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Responsible for selling Kyocera’s business technology solutions within an assigned territory. The solutions stack includes MNS, Network Infrastructure, Security, Business Continuity, ECM, uCaaS, A/V, and Document Output.

Minimum of 0–3 years of sales experience (B2B preferred) with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.

The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is more than $72,400 (base salary, monthly commission and bonus) and is geared to reward high performers. Of this amount, the typical base pay range for this role is $45,100 to $56,580. This pay range represents the base annual full-time salary for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
We offer a generous benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401k match, flexible spending, disability, and life insurance, paid time off and holidays, and car and phone allowance.
The typical pay range for this role is $45,100 - $56,580. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
