ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage all phases of civil/site design projects from inception through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, including coordination with sub-consultants and internal team members.
- Oversee technical review processing, code compliance, and quality control for all project deliverables.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate project status to clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff, providing guidance and support for professional development.
- Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Support business development efforts by preparing proposals and participating in client presentations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in civil/site design and project management, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal codes and permitting processes.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or ability to obtain within one year.
