JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking an Organization Design Consultant to partner with business leaders and HR teams to improve organizational effectiveness and support business strategy. This role will assess organizational structures, operating models, roles, governance, and ways of working, providing data-driven recommendations that enhance performance and enable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with leaders and HR partners on organizational design and effectiveness initiatives.
- Conduct organizational assessments and analyze workforce, structure, and operational data.
- Develop recommendations related to organizational structure, role clarity, decision rights, governance, and operating models.
- Facilitate leadership discussions and guide stakeholders through complex organizational decisions.
- Support implementation planning and partner with HR and business teams to execute approved changes.
- Build organization design capability through tools, coaching, and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in organization design, organizational development, consulting, HR strategy, business transformation, or related fields.
- Experience consulting with senior leaders and facilitating complex organizational decisions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading organizational assessments and transformation initiatives preferred.
