ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 20 years as a top-performing B2B sales professional before being recruited by State Farm. I'm an Ole Miss graduate, a proud mom of two little boys, and family is at the heart of everything I do.
Giving back to the community is one of my passions. I'm actively involved with the Chamber of Commerce and am a strong supporter of children's education and literacy. Our agency regularly stocks local schools, police stations, and fire stations with coloring books for kids to help brighten their day.
Our agency offers health benefits, PTO, licensing reimbursement, bonus opportunities, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in rewarding hard work and supporting our team's personal and professional growth.
Our culture is energetic, customer-focused, and built on going above and beyond. I'm looking for someone who is driven, intelligent, and hungry to succeed. I can teach the skills, but I'm looking for someone with the motivation, initiative, and personal goals to thrive without being micromanaged.

Which companies sponsor visas for account representatives in Mississippi?
Employers with documented H-1B visa and other work visa sponsorship histories in Mississippi include Sanderson Farms, Entergy Mississippi, and large healthcare networks such as Merit Health and Baptist Health Systems. National companies with Mississippi offices, including logistics firms and insurance carriers, also sponsor account representative roles. Sponsorship activity tends to concentrate among larger regional employers rather than small independent agencies.
Which visa types are most common for account representative roles in Mississippi?
The H-1B is the most common visa for account representative positions in Mississippi, provided the role qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, marketing, or communications. The TN visa applies to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories. The O-1 visa is an option for candidates with demonstrated exceptional achievement in their field.
Which cities in Mississippi have the most account representative sponsorship jobs?
Jackson, as Mississippi's capital and largest city, concentrates the most account representative opportunities, particularly in healthcare, insurance, and utility sectors. Gulfport and Biloxi on the Gulf Coast have active hiring in hospitality technology and distribution. Hattiesburg supports roles connected to the University of Southern Mississippi's research and healthcare network, making it a secondary hub for account management positions.
How to find account representative visa sponsorship jobs in Mississippi?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and filters account representative roles in Mississippi by visa sponsorship eligibility, saving time that would otherwise go toward manually screening postings. The platform aggregates positions from Mississippi employers with documented sponsorship histories, covering sectors like healthcare, logistics, and agriculture technology. Creating a profile on Migrate Mate lets you set alerts for new Mississippi account representative openings as they are listed.
Are there state-specific considerations for account representatives seeking visa sponsorship in Mississippi?
Mississippi employers sponsoring H-1B workers must pay the Department of Labor's prevailing wage for the relevant role and location, which is calculated at the county level and can differ significantly from national averages. Mississippi's lower cost of living means prevailing wages are often set below major metro benchmarks, which can affect offer structures. Candidates with backgrounds in agriculture, energy, or healthcare tend to align best with the state's dominant sponsoring industries.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored account representative jobs in Mississippi?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
