- Assist with monitoring grain condition during transport and maintaining orderly traffic flow around loading and unloading areas
- Fuel trucks, check tire pressure and fluid levels, clean truck interiors and exteriors, and report mechanical issues to management
- Use maps, GPS, or dispatch instructions to follow designated hauling routes between storage sites and delivery locations
- Follow all roadway safety requirements and employer safety protocols while operating non-CDL farm vehicles
- Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, road, and delivery conditions
- Engage in various general hauling functions
