- Create Request for Proposals (RFPs) by following the procurement guidelines for the RFP process.
- Create other solicitations to acquire goods and services.
- Review / score proposals, bids and quotes.
- Analyze information to determine the best products and services for the Agency's needs.
- Partner with ITS to obtain oversight and leadership on various IT projects.
- Communicate with the internal user community and the external vendor community and potential vendors.
