Your primary focus will be the upkeep, installation, and repair of our industrial machinery, facility infrastructure, and electrical systems. We are seeking a candidate who brings solid mechanical and electrical expertise, a background in industrial manufacturing, and a proven ability to quickly identify and fix equipment problems.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Duties
- Handle the installation, routine maintenance, and repair of various industrial machines and electrical systems.
- Help minimize downtime by accurately diagnosing malfunctions and performing necessary component replacements.
- Ensure facility and machine safety by installing and repairing electrical wiring and components.
- Construct and maintain piping systems for hydraulic and pneumatic operations.
- Optimize machine output by adjusting controls and fine-tuning functional components.
- Fabricate custom repair parts using shop equipment like lathes, grinders, and drill presses.
- Utilize welding tools and cutting torches to join or repair metal parts for the facility.
- Contribute to overall production efficiency by assisting with cross-functional tasks.
- Maintain equipment reliability by executing preventative maintenance schedules and addressing urgent repairs.
- Complete various other tasks as directed by your supervisor.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with 3-phase electrical systems and N.E.C. standards.
- Proven background in the operation and maintenance of CNC systems.
- Strong analytical skills to help the team identify root causes of equipment failure.
- Ability to interpret complex technical manuals, blueprints, and various schematics.
- Solid mechanical aptitude gained through industrial maintenance experience.
- Background in metal fabrication and welding is highly valued.
- Must provide your own set of professional industrial mechanical tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others or work solo in a busy manufacturing setting.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
Compensation: $22 per hour
