Description
A Victoria’s Secret & Co Beauty Supervisor is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. This role is accountable for brand and customer experience execution within the store. In higher complexity stores, accountability is shared with and guided by a Beauty Manager. This role reports to the Store Manager or Beauty Manager, as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
The Beauty Supervisor ensures a strong customer and brand environment by supporting a store that delivers a compelling and consistent Beauty experience. They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives. Specifically, the Beauty Supervisor is responsible for executing and maintaining:
- Visual execution within the beauty business
- Product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life
- Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
- Category-level execution aligned to brand priorities and direction
- Partners with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness
- Identifies and escalates risks, gaps, and opportunities related to the customer and brand experience to ensure consistent execution
- Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
Store Leadership Expectations
- Leading and demonstrating company values
- Executing the role of the Head Coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling and personally selling
- Coaching & development of associates
- Executing Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hours
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution
- Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
- Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
- Additional duties, as assigned, including, but not limited to: floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing

Minimum Salary: $18.50
Maximum Salary: $22.20
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications
- Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Demonstrates excellent merchandising skills
- Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings
- A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
- Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
- Experience directing other individuals in the performance of their job duties preferred
- 1+ years of retail leadership experience preferred
