Why Socure?
Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy — verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. The mission is big, the problems are complex, and the impact is felt by businesses, governments, and millions of people every day.
We hire people who want that level of responsibility. People who move fast, think critically, act like owners, and care deeply about solving customer problems with precision. If you want predictability or narrow scope, this won’t be your place. If you want to help build the future of identity with a team that holds a high bar for itself — keep reading.
The Role
Socure is seeking a strategic, market-facing leader to build and scale our Analyst & Industry Relations function into a core driver of category leadership, product-led growth, and revenue influence.
This is not a traditional AR role. You will operate at the intersection of product, narrative, and market influence — partnering across Product, Product Marketing, Communications, and Sales to turn Socure’s innovation into platform-level storytelling that shapes analyst frameworks, influences buyers, and accelerates growth.
You will own and evolve three critical pillars:
- Analyst Strategy & Influence – shaping how firms like Gartner, Forrester, and Liminal define and evaluate our category
- Industry & Media Relations – building deep relationships with vertical tech media, independent analysts, and emerging influencer voices
- Technical Storytelling Engine – scaling how we translate product innovation and SME expertise into repeatable, market-facing narratives
This is a highly cross-functional, high-impact role with direct visibility to executive leadership and measurable influence on pipeline, customer growth, and revenue outcomes.
What You’ll Do

- Proactively shape how identity, fraud, and risk categories are defined — ensuring Socure’s strengths are reflected in evaluation criteria and market narratives

- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key analysts and advisory voices

Influential voices (including ex-journalists and operator-analysts shaping discourse)
-
Partner with Comms to drive proactive story development in industry trades tied to product innovation, customer proof, and market trends
- Ensure Socure is consistently present in the conversations that shape buyer perception within key verticals
3. Technical Storytelling & Narrative Engine
- Build and scale a technical storytelling engine that translates product innovation into clear, compelling, and repeatable narratives
-
Partner with Product and PMM to turn launches, capabilities, and roadmap moments into:
-
Analyst-ready narratives
- Media storylines
-
Sales-ready messaging
-
Establish and elevate SME voices across Product, Data Science, and Risk as recognized experts in the market
- Ensure all storytelling ladders up to Socure’s core corporate narratives and category positioning

Which companies sponsor visas for business development analysts in Nevada?
The most active sponsors for business development analyst roles in Nevada tend to be large enterprise employers with established HR and legal infrastructure to support visa petitions. In Las Vegas, that includes hospitality and gaming corporations like MGM Resorts International and Caesars Entertainment, as well as financial services firms and regional technology companies. Smaller startups in Nevada rarely have the resources to sponsor.
Which visa types are most common for business development analyst roles in Nevada?
The H-1B is the most common visa for business development analyst positions in Nevada, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field, meeting the specialty occupation standard. Candidates from Australia may qualify for the E-3 visa, and Canadian and Mexican nationals should explore the TN visa under the USMCA, which can be a faster path for qualifying business roles.
Which cities in Nevada have the most business development analyst sponsorship jobs?
Las Vegas accounts for the large majority of business development analyst sponsorship opportunities in Nevada, driven by its concentration of large corporations in hospitality, gaming, and financial services. Reno is a secondary market, with a growing presence of technology and logistics companies that have expanded there in recent years. Outside these two cities, sponsorship opportunities in Nevada are limited.
How to find business development analyst visa sponsorship jobs in Nevada?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates and filters job listings by visa sponsorship availability, so you can focus on business development analyst roles in Nevada where employers are already open to sponsoring. Rather than sorting through thousands of general postings, Migrate Mate surfaces roles from companies with a documented history of filing visa petitions, which is particularly useful in a mid-sized market like Nevada.
Are there state-specific considerations for business development analyst roles in Nevada?
Nevada has no state income tax, which affects how employers structure compensation benchmarks and how candidates compare offers relative to other states. For H-1B purposes, employers must still meet the Department of Labor prevailing wage for the specific job and location, so Las Vegas and Reno each have their own wage determinations. Nevada's economy is heavily weighted toward hospitality and gaming, so business development analyst roles there often involve industry-specific experience that can strengthen a sponsorship petition.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored business development analyst jobs in Nevada?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
