Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards tracking campaign performance, ROI, conversions, and cost metrics across all channels.
- Conduct post‑campaign analysis and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Support A/B testing, attribution analysis, and performance reporting for leadership and the board.
- Develop member and non‑member segmentation and propensity models to improve targeting and cross‑sell.
- Manage CRM, e-mail marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
