We are looking for candidates who are available to start as soon as possible and work throughout the academic year, with opportunities for continued employment based on performance and firm needs.
Our Law Clerk Program provides hands-on litigation experience, professional mentorship, and meaningful exposure to the practice of law.

- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, memoranda, and other legal documents
- Assist attorneys with ongoing litigation matters across various practice areas
- Support discovery, including document review, organization, and preparation
- Assist with trial preparation, case strategy, and litigation support projects
- Review case files, analyze legal issues, and prepare case summaries
- Attend and observe depositions, hearings, mediations, and attorney conferences when applicable
- Assist with client and witness preparation under attorney supervision
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff on active matters
Who We're Looking For
- Current law students or recent graduates of an ABA-accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials and excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated interest in litigation and gaining hands-on legal experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional legal environment
- Availability to begin employment as soon as possible and continue working throughout the academic year
